TOUR MANAGERS
Each tour will have a personal Tour Manager to assist and conduct the tour.

ITINERARIES
Each itinerary has been carefully planned to provide you with an educational, enjoyable, and exciting tour. American Classic Tours/Quality Tours reserves the right to alter the itinerary if necessary. If this change is feasible, it will be of comparable quality, if not, a partial refund will be given upon the completion of the tour.

ACCOMMODATIONS
Modern, quality, hotels will be utilized. The name of the hotels, kinds of services they offer, and their telephone numbers will be stated on the tour information sheet. If you desire a smoking, non-smoking, handicapped, ground floor room, two beds double/queen, or one bed king,  let us know at time of booking. These can not be guaranteed.

LUGGAGE
Each tour member will be limited to one large piece of luggage. One small handbag may be carried by you and will be your responsibility. This handbag may be placed on the overhead rack on the motor coach. Luggage tags will be provided by American Classic Tours/Quality Tours. When stated, luggage handling cost will be included in the cost of the tour. American Classic Tours/Quality Tours will not assume any liability for damage to or loss of luggage. Other arrangements for luggage will be indicated on the tour information sheet for airline or cruise tours.
