CANCELLATIONS
A full refund of money paid will be given on cancellations made prior to departure of the tour if a replacement is found by you or American Classic Tours/Quality Tours. If a cancellation is made four or more weeks prior to departure, the amount paid may be applied as credit towards another American Classic Tour/Quality Tours of equal or higher value to be used within one calendar year from the date of departure of the canceled tour. If a cancellation is made on overnight tours less than four weeks prior to departure, you will forfeit your deposit and any costs incurred by American Classic Tours/Quality Tours, with the balance being applied as credit towards another American Classic Tour/Quality Tours of equal or higher value to be used within one calendar year from the date of departure of the canceled tour. If cancellation is made on one day tours prior to departure or you are unable to go on date of tour, you will forfeit all monies paid. If you must leave the tour after it has begun, refunds for the unused portion of the tour will be made after the tour is completed based on actual cost incurred by American Classic Tours/Quality Tours.
Cost Codes:
p.p.d.o.— per person double occupancy
p.p.t.o.— per person triple occupancy
p.p.q.o.— per person quad occupancy
TOUR CANCELLATIONS
In the event that a tour must be canceled due to an insufficient number of reservations or other circumstances, American Classic Tours/Quality Tours total obligation will be to refund to you all payments made.
