American Classic Tours/Quality Tours acts solely as your agent in arranging your trip, including, but not limited to, transportation, lodging, sightseeing and restaurants. We assume no liability in connection with these services. In addition, we are not responsible for theft, accident, loss, damage, or injury to persons or property, including baggage. We assume no liability or responsibility for adverse weather conditions or acts of God or other situations beyond our control that may affect the itinerary of a tour or the successful completion of a tour including, but not limited to, cancelled services or strikes. We also reserve the right to alter, cancel, or substitute any tour itinerary, accommodation, meal or transportation service should the advertised services become unavailable. We reserve the right to cancel a tour before departure with our only obligation being to refund all money paid to date and to refuse to accept or retain any person on any of our tours. By making a deposit on any of our tours, you are hereby agreeing to these policies.
